O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025.

2.The petitioner has purchased the property under registered sale deed and on finding that the FMB sketch reflected lesser extent of property that has been purchased for a lawful consideration by the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner has given a representation on 13.02.2025 and again on 29.03.2025, seeking for survey to be conducted and the correct extent of the petitioner's property being ascertained.

3.Considering that the petitioner seeks for survey to be conducted to ascertain the actual extent available for the petitioner, the petitioner will have to necessarily make online application and pay necessary charges.

4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to make online application within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such application being made by the petitioner, the third respondent shall pass orders on the petitioner's application, conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 13.02.2025 & 29.03.2025. The third respondent shall forward a copy of the survey report and findings to the second respondent, who shall afford opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties and pass final orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight [8] weeks, thereafter. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
