O R D E R

The Writ Petition is directed against the suspension order passed by the respondent in Na.ka.No.2643/2019/Sa.Pa(1), dated 08.07.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that their period itself has been expired on 06.08.2023 and as such nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
