ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on considering his representation, dated 21.04.2023 under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that it is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife and that the matrimonial proceedings are pending before the court below. He would further submit that so far no complaint has been received as against the petitioner and hence, there is no such harassment.

3. In view of the said submission nothing survives for adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of as infructuous.
