ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for hearing on this date and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof this Court made the following order:
This Court earlier had directed the petitioners to pay the costs within a specific time. Since the order of this Court has not been complied with and cost memo has also not been filed, the matter is listed today.
2.In order to give one more opportunity, the petitioners are directed to pay the costs and file a cost memo as directed by this Court, on or before 22.08.2019. If the petitioner failed to pay the cost and file a cost memo within the specified time, the petition will be dismissed.
