PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.No.4454/A3/2016 dated 29.04.2019 passed by the Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to accept the Form VI and VII for the period 2015-2018.
