respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner and enquiry is pending on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant. 3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant and disposed of the same within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
