The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 08.07.2021 passed by the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has passed the impugned order suspending the writ petitioner for a period of six months from the post of President of Vencode Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society and that since the period is already over, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made on either side, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
