This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent.
2.According to the prosecution, a case has been registered in Crime No.419 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNWH Act. 3.In the light of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate Court under the provisions of law.
