ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The only request made by the writ petitioner is that the second respondent must furnish her with the copy of the appointment order in respect of the third respondent.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. We are in Right to Information Act age. The information sought for by the petitioner cannot be denied. The second respondent is directed to furnish the petitioner with the copies sought for by her within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
