The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.45 of 2010, on the file of Principal District Court, Cuddalore to the file of District Court at Thanjavur. 2.From the materials, it is seen that already O.S.No.45 of 2010 was decreed on 08.06.2010 and no case is pending before the Principal District Court, Cuddalore and therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is not maintainable. Hence, this petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
