ORDER

This Writ Petition has filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent herein passed in Na.Ka.No.7558/A3/2019, dated 11.1.2019 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.84/A1/2019, dated 01.06.2019 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to deploy the respondents 3 to 5 herein in the Anganvadi Centre in the Panchayat Union Middle School, East Thavuttupalayam, Karur Union, Karur District.

2. According to the petitioner that there is a surplus teacher in the Anganvadi Centre, Panchayat Union Middle School, East Thavuttupalayam, Karur Union, Karur District, the first respondent has issued the posting order to her in the said place, without following the guidelines.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had agreed before this Court that there is a surplus teacher available in the said place. She further submitted that if the matter is remanded back to the first respondent, they will pass fresh orders, today itself.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the impugned orders dated 11.01.2019 and 01.06.2019 passed by the respondents 1 and 2 respectively is liable to be quashed and accordingly, the impugned orders are quashed.

5. In the result, this Writ Petition is allowed. The first respondent is directed to pass fresh orders, based on the relevant Government orders, forthwith, in any event not later than 12.07.2019. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
