O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent herein to register an F.I.R on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.06.2018, which had been acknowledged in C.S.R.No.262/2018, dated 23.06.2018, on the file of the respondent.

2.According to the prosecution, during the enquiry, the proposed accused has given assurance to the respondent police stating that he shall return the seven sovereign jewels, clothes and vessels to the petitioner/complainant and recording the aforesaid submission, the said complaint was closed with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the concerned Court, insofar as the other allegations are concerned. 3.Recording the submission made on the side of the respondent, this criminal original petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the concerned Court under the provisions of law, insofar as the other allegations are concerned.
