ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, 2002 in Crime No.77 of 2018 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft in favour of the de facto complainant and the same shall be handed over by the respondent to the victim. The said amount is to be utilised by the de facto complainant for the medical expenditure.

4.Subject to this condition, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
