O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in P.O.P.No.1 of 2015 in unnumbered suit on the file of the District Court, Srivilliputhur, and transfer the same to the Additional District Court, Virudhunagar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned Government Advocate for sixth respondent and perused the records. Despite the service of notice, respondents Nos.3 to 5 have not chosen to appear either in persons or through counsel and contest the petition.

3. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate for the sixth respondent have no objection in allowing the petition.

4. Considering the above submissions, this petition is allowed and the petition P.O.P.No.1 of 2015 in unnumbered suit of 2015 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the District Court, Srivilliputhur and transferred to the file of the Additional District Court, Virudhunagar. The learned District Judge, Srivilliputhur is directed to transmit the entire records to the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar, after obtaining the records on transfer, is directed to dispose the matter as expeditiously as possible.
