Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned rejection of technical bid offered by the petitioner herein under Package No.43 relating to strengthening of the 5 road from Thiruvarankulam Block in Pudukottai District vide Tender ID.2022 RDTN_230549_1 vide Tender Reference No.TNRRIS 2021-22 - package 43 vide Bid No.511581 dated 31.05.2022 by informing that "All required documents are not submitted" and quash the same as arbitrary, malafide and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to accept the tender of the petitioner.

The petitioner challenges the validity of the tender notification. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 informs this Court that the tender notification itself has been withdrawn.
