Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code to withdraw and transfer the above I.D.O.P.No.56 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court at Tiruchirappalli to the Honourable II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli and post along with I.D.O.P.No.52 of 2014 pending on the file of II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli.
