Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the existed provision at the time of filing of the writ petition was continuing for the past about three years and the position of the petitioner was not altered.

2.In view of the fact that no action has been taken by the respondents affecting the service rights of the petitioner for the past about three years, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further consideration is required, insofar as the present writ petition is concerned. However, if any other grievance exists for the petitioner, it is left open to her to approach the competent authority for redressal of the same.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
