This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.05.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the the complaint has been enquired and closed as the dispute between the parties was purely civil in nature and to that effect, the closure report has been filed before the concerned jurisdiction Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the suit is still pending before the 1st Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil.

3.In the light of the above, this criminal original petition is closed.
