ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2025 (registered as Ka.29/2025/A3) and the subsequent reminder dated 16.03.2026, after conducting a proper enquiry and affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the Respondents 3 and 4.

2. Based on the petitioner's complaint, the official respondent has registered the case and an enquiry was also conducted. However, final orders have not been passed.

3. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2025 and pass final orders. If the Tahsildar is of the opinion that a re-enquiry is necessary, the same may be conducted after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 and 4, and thereafter, pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
