O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the Revision Petitioner/Wife seeking for a direction to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.601 of 2017 filed by her before the Family Court at Madurai. 2.As this relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition is limited to the extent of seeking for a direction to dispose of the divorce petition filed by the revision petitioner, hence no notice is necessary to the respondent herein as there is no adverse order is being passed against him in this civil revision. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3.I heard Mr.M.Thirunavukkarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the entire materials available on record. 4.In view of above, this Court considering the fact that the above divorce petition filed by the wife is pending for one year without any progress, without touching upon the merits of the case, directs the learned Family Court Judge at Madurai to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.601 of 2017 filed by the Revision Petitioner within a stipulated period, but not later than three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Family Court Judge, Madurai to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.601 of 2017 on merits and accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day-to-day basis without giving unnecessary adjournments to either parties. Both the parties are directed to extend their fullest co-operation for the speedy disposal of the H.M.O.P. within the time limit fixed by this Court for passing orders. Further, the learned Family Court Judge, Madurai is hereby directed to file compliance report before this Court with regard to disposal of above H.M.O.P. within a period of ten days after passing orders in H.M.O.P.No.601 of 2017. No costs.
