2.This Court, by an order dated 16.09.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.9832 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only] to the credit of Claretian Mercy Home, Azhagusirai, Ponnamangalam (Post), Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, Union Bank of India, Kochadai Account No.493902010319538, IFSC Code No.UBIN 054939), within a period of One week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.
