O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw the petition in HMOP No.54 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur and to transfer the same to the Court of Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the case may be transferred to Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam. 3.Recording the above submissions, this petition is allowed and the petition in HMOP No.54 of 2013 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur and transferred to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam. The transferor Court is ordered to transmit the entire records to the file of transferee Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the transferee Court, after obtaining the records on transfer, is directed to dispose the matter within a period of four months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

thereafter. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
