RESPONDENT Prayer in Tr.CMP(MD)No.165/2016:- Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, praying to withdraw the IDOP.No.14 of 2015 from the file of Principal District Court, Srivilliputtur and transfer the same to the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 26.07.2016 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur vide the letter in D.No.777/Gr.I.B.C/2017 dated 02.02.2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.H.Arumugam, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Mr.N.Sathish Babu, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following Order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the Original Petition in I.D.O.P.No.14 of 2015.

2. This Court has already dismissed the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition by order dated 26.07.2016 and directed the Court below to dispose of the Original Petition in I.D.O.P.No.14 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said time limit was subsequently extended. Now the Court below seeks further time to dispose of the said case.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has no objection for granting further time to the Court below for disposing I.D.O.P.No.14 of 2015.
