O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa2/6397/2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. This Court in a writ petition filed by one S.Balamurugan, where the present writ petitioner was impleaded as 4th respondent, directed the respondents to give notice to the said Balamurugan and hear the said writ petitioner before any orders are passed. Now, it is the grievance of the writ petitioner that, inspite of the earlier order of this Court, no progress has been made and proceedings are still pending with the 1st respondent.

In the light of the above, direction is issued to the 1st respondent to conclude the pending enquiry proceedings, after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the said S.Balamurugan, who is the petitioner in W.P(MD)No.30906 of 2023 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
