ORDER
This petition has been filed to withdraw E.P.No.22 of 2014 from file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur and transfer the same to the file of District Munsif Court, Tuticorin.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that E.P.No.22 of 2014 is closed and therefore, the relief sought for in this transfer civil miscellaneous petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the same, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
