ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, restraining the respondents 1 and 2 to provide electricity service connection to the third respondent bore well citing the reason that the electrical high tension (HT) line has been drawn through the petitioner's patta land.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the first and second respondents, on instructions, submitted that the electricity service connection has been given to the third respondent bore well 2/4

through an alternative pathway and it is not drawn through the petitioner's patta land.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
