CRL MP(MD) No.7048 of 2023 and of M/S.A.S.RAJESWARI, Advocate for the Petitioner in Crl MP(MD) No. 7247 of 2023 and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.4935, 13977 & 14360 of 2022 dated 15.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that originally this Court imposed condition that the petitioners should report before the respondent police for a period of four weeks. However, the petitioners complied with the condition only for 8 days.

3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
