This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.2389 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation was completed and the same was closed as "Mistake of Fact" and the final report, dated 07.08.2021, has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathram, Dindigul District, and a copy of the final report has also been filed before this Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
