ORDER

This petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/A1, by Judgment dated 29.04.2024, in S.C.No.145 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that he is ready to argue the main appeal and therefore, he insists this Court to take up the main appeal instead of considering this petition filed for suspension of sentence.

3. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence.
