O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.85 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respodnent within a time period stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.85 of 2014, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of IPC and R/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest and Ordinance Act, 2003. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of Seven years, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul and the same was taken on file in C.C No.347 of 2021 by the concerned Magistrate.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.10438 of 2022 4.Since Final Report was filed and it was taken on file by the concerned Magistrate, nothing survives for further direction in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
