The petitioner has failed to implead the receiver who has been appointed to manage the property of he Kottaiyur Nattar common estate. Since he is a necessary party and not been impleaded, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed on this ground.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions in this writ petition are left open. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
