O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner herein to put up fence in her property situated at Trichy District, Trichy Registration District, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Suriyur Village, Punjai S.F.No.186/3B admeasuring hectare 0.81 Ares, in the light of her representation dated 17.05.2022 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent and two others filed a suit in O.S.No.238 of 1997 on the file of the District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli. The same was dismissed. Now the petitioner is making arrangement for fencing property. Hence, she sought for police protection and gave a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.10243 of 2022 representation dated 17.05.2022. However, the respondent police have not taken any action as on date.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that they are ready to consider the representation dated 17.05.2022.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2022 and provide necessary police protection, on payment of costs. The second respondent police is also directed to provide police protection for fencing the suit property mentioned in the suit in O.S.No.238 of 1997 as per the decree of the order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
