ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to receive the petitioner's settlement deed dated 15.04.2025 with regard to their family property bearing its Old Survey No. 44/4-New Survey No.44/4A2- with an extent of 5 cents, situated at Kanjirangal Village, Sivagangai Taluk & District and register the same.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's request and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
