2. The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents has produced copy of the compromise (Yathasthu) dated 06.02.2019.

3. It is seen therefrom that the petitioner had entered into a compromise with R7 to R9 herein. A sum of Rs.10,00,000/- has already been received by the petitioner. Nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
