RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition as imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.4125 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.5830 of 2020 dated 24.06.2020 in respect of report before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m. until further orders.

Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.VAKEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition.

2. This Court, by an order dated 24.06.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.5830 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

5.
