This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to communicate the second respondent to return the bulls to the petitioner forthwith, sent by the first respondent to the second respondent, in light of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.06.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was shown as accused in Crime No.165 of 2022, registered by the first respondent police, for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957. The petitioner has been charged for the offence that the sand was illegally transported by him with the help of his bullock cart. The first respondent police has seized the bulls, at the time of arrest of the petitioner, on 25.05.2022 and the same was given to the custody of the second respondent, viz., Nandhi Kishore Kho-salai, Agraharam Theru, Ranganathapuram, Thirukattupalli, Budalur, Thanjavur District . 4.Recording the said submissions, the first respondent police is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2022 and pass necessary orders.
