O R D E R

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 09.06.2014. A male child was born through the wedlock. The child is with the petitioner.

In the meanwhile, the respondent has filed H.M.O.P.No.198 of 2015 before the Sub Court, Thoothukudi, seeking divorce. The petitioner is based in Thenkasi and the petitioner is finding it very difficult to travel all the way to Thoothukudi and contest the proceedings.

2. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a woman and she is having an young child to support, this Court in the interest of justice, withdraws H.M.O.P.No.198 of 2015 from the file of the Sub Court, Thoothukudi and transfers the same to the file of the Additional Sub Court, Thenkasi.

3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition stands allowed, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
