The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 18.03.2025, filed against the rejection order passed by the third respondent dated 20.01.2024. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to hear the appeal of the petitioner after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner to put forth all his contentions and dispose of the appeal, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
