O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to advice the 4th and 5th respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute based upon the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a dispute with regard to the property in S.F.No.589/1D2 to an extent of 3 acre 55 cents situated at Aathanur Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District in between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7. One of the respondents namely Muthukannu/R5, is working as Police Constable, Chinthamanipatti Police Station, Karur District and by taking advantage that he is a police, the respondent police interfered with the civil dispute. Therefore, the petitioner seeks a direction not to interfere with the civil matter. 2/5

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that there is no complaint against the petitioner given by any one and the representation dated 06.06.2022 is addressed to the Inspector General of Police, Trichy seeking to advice police not to interfere with the civil matter.

4. On perusal of the records, it is seen that there is no complaint against the petitioner pending before the police station. Now, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that a complaint has been given against the petitioner by the private respondents which was forwarded to redressal committee for enquiry.

5. In these circumstances, this Court cannot pass any orders against the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.
