Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from issuing the Survey Report without considering the petitioner's objection, dated 01.03.2023, and further directing to conduct Resurvey and demarcate the four boundaries of the land in Survey No.315/6 in Peria Pillai Valasai Village, Shenkottai Taluk, Tenkasi District.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh application for survey before higher authority. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD) No.9186 of 2023 is closed.
