The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application, dated 25.10.2024. The petitioner also seeks for adequate police protection and has impleaded the jurisdictional police officials.

2. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to dispose of the petitioner's survey application, dated 25.10.2024, after giving notice to the petitioner and other interested parties. If necessary, the 2nd respondent shall also give advance intimation to the 4th respondent to ensure availability of sufficient police 2/4

personnel at the time of survey to prevent any breach of law and order. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
