Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of deputation passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Ref.No.AA.2/17921/2017 dated 31.05.19 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2019.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order of deputation passed by the first respondent dated 31.05.2019 and consequently to direct the first respondent to pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2019. 2.During the course of argument, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a statement before the Court that it would suffice if the petitioner's representation is directed to be considered by the first respondent sympathetically within the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits and in accordance with law and appropriate orders be passed within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Court.
4.In the light of the aforesaid submissions made by both parties, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall furnish a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order to the first respondent.
5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)Nos.9660 and 9661 of 2019 are closed.
