O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5 herein, in the light of the petitioner's representation, dated 10.07.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.08.2021, there is no representation for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.234 of 2021 and it was closed, on 15.07.2021. W.P.(MD)No.11941 of 2021 settlement arrived between the parties, the matter was posted today under the caption 'for disposal'.

3. When the matter taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. Since settlement has been reached between the parties over the dispute, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
