O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey, measure and fix the boundaries in respect of the petitioner's lands, by considering the petitioner's application, dated 17.08.2022, within the time frame stipulated by this court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the survey has already been conducted and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also given a letter, dated 20.11.2024 stating that the survey was conducted.

4. In view of the above submission and letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, dated 20.11.2024, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
