In Cr.No.351 of 2008 :Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st Respondent to conduct the proper enquiry regarding the death of the petitioner's son Sivamurugan pertaining to the case in Cr.No.351 of 2008 registered on the file of the 2nd respondent by appointing a competent officer and complete the same within time limit as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed by a father, who lost his son, who died under suspicious circumstance.

2.The incident took place in the year 2008 and from then on, the petitioner has been trying his best by knocking the doors of the Court and find out the reasons for the death of his son. 3.The petitioner has chosen to file this petition for a direction to appoint a competent Officer to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Cr.No.351 of 2008. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that CD file has been transferred from the second respondent to the District Crime Branch, Dindigul. Subsequent to the transfer of investigation, the Inspector of Police of the District Crime Branch examined 25 witnesses and the investigation is being carried on effectively.

5.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul to complete the investigation within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a final report before the appropriate Court.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
