The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the present writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension. During the pendency of the writ petition, the order of suspension is revoked and the respondents will follow the procedure to initiate the proceedings as per the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. 2.Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is Closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
