CRL MP(MD)No.6538 of 2022 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the name of first respondent was wrongly mentioned as Deputy Superintendent of Police, Uthamapalayam, Theni, instead of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bodinayakkannur, Theni. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the name first respondent is amended as Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bodinayakkannur, Theni. Further, the time is extended for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
