2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the order that has been passed by this Court in W.P. (MD).No.3476 of 2023, dated 22.02.2023, notice was issued to the petitioner to appear on 14.03.2023. In spite the above said, he has filed this petition. Since already enquiry has been undertaken by the respondent, question of non compliance does not arise. The petitioner has to co-operate with the respondent to complete the process of enquiry. 3.With the above said directions, this contempt petition stands disposed of.
