ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.99 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the Adar Card of the petitioner. Upon seeing the Adar Card, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is not an accused in this case. One Eawaramoorthi s/o Muniasamy is the accused. The petitioner's father is Murugan. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
