Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.FAZIL KIRMANI B, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the anticipatory bail petition, he had mentioned the Crime No. as 04 of 2015, instead of mentioning as Crime No.04 of 2020 in Crl.OP(MD) No.8051 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022 and produced the FIR copy. 2.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to amend the order and issue a fresh copy and time is also extended for 15 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
